The Order of St. Stanislas
Caveat: A group calling itself the "Order of St. Stanislas" has claimed to be the successor to the extinct Polish Order of St. Stanislas. It is not. The head of this self-styled group is often referred to as "Count" Juliusz Nowina-Sokolnicki. He is not a member of the Countly House of Sokolnicki and has not been able to provide proof of his right to the title of Count. Neither has he been able to show by what right he can continue to preside over a Polish "Order" as "Grand Master" and act as a fons honorum when he is not the head of state of Poland.
